  1. The 2011 Tour de Greenbelt features the newly announced National Park, Rouge Park. 
  2. Much of the ride is in Toronto and will start at the Rouge Valley Conservation Centre located opposite the Toronto Zoo.
  3. We’ve got a route distance for everyone, from 12k – 100k.
  4. We’ll feed you a Greenbelt grown lunch at the end that will satisfy your well earned appetite from the ride.
  5. Whittamore’s Farm is a featured stop on the ride, if you’ve never been there before you will be glad we introduced you to this amazing family farm with a fantastic on farm market.
  6. On the route you will see some amazing woodland features of Rouge Park, including parts of the 10,000 trees for the Rouge project.
  7. On the route you will see some stunning wetlands and will surely catch a glimpse of some wildlife.
  8. The vistas on these routes are absolutely spectacular!  You’ll be amazed that you are in the city.
  9. Cycling the Greenbelt is good for you and will make you proud to live so close to such beautiful countryside and an amazing park.
